General
-
reverie& is a Bay Area event coordination studio specializing in day-of coordination, event planning, and custom branding and signage. I work with couples, families, and brands who care deeply about how their celebration looks, feels, and lives on long after the night is over. Every detail is treated as intentional–because the moments worth remembering are almost always the ones someone thought carefully about.
-
I'm based in the Bay Area and serve clients throughout the Bay Area, Los Angeles, & beyond. Travel within 60 miles is included with every package. For events outside that radius, additional travel fees may apply–reach out and we'll figure out what works.
-
Because you've spent months building something meaningful, and you deserve to actually be present for it. A coordinator means no chasing down vendors, no managing timelines, no putting out fires in a formal dress. It means showing up to your own event as a guest–and leaving with nothing but memories.
-
The sooner the better–especially for wedding weekends and peak season dates. Popular dates fill quickly, and securing your coordinator early means you have a partner locked in while you're still deep in the planning process. If your date is coming up soon, reach out anyway. I'll let you know what's possible.
-
No. When I'm yours, I'm fully yours. Every client receives my undivided attention, and I don't double-book dates.
-
That's exactly what I'm there for. Contingency planning is built into every timeline, and real-time problem-solving is a core part of what I do. Unexpected weather, a late vendor, a last-minute layout change–none of it reaches you. That's my job.
-
The first step is a conversation. Head to the contact page, share a few details about your event and what you're envisioning, and I'll be in touch. From there, we'll set up a time to talk through the full picture and go from there.
Day-Of Coordination
-
Day-of coordination at reverie& means I step in six to eight weeks before your event to take everything you've built and execute it exactly as you imagined. That includes final vendor confirmations, master timeline creation, venue walkthrough, full day-of oversight, vendor arrival and setup management, real-time problem-solving, and event close-out. From getting-ready photos to the last song on the dance floor, I'm your single point of contact for everything.
-
I step in six to eight weeks before your event. That lead time gives us enough runway to review every vendor contract, build a detailed master timeline, do a venue walkthrough, and ensure every moving piece is accounted for before the day arrives. By the time your event gets here, nothing should surprise us.
-
Day-of coordination is a great fit for weddings, micro-weddings, city hall celebrations, and milestone events of all kinds. If you've put real thought into your day and want someone equally intentional to execute it, that's what I'm here for.
-
Day-of coordination starts at $1,195. Final pricing depends on event scale, coverage hours, and any add-ons. The best way to get an accurate quote is to connect–I'll ask a few questions about your event and put together something tailored to you!
Event Planning
-
Day-of coordination is for couples and clients who have already done the planning and need someone to execute it flawlessly. Event planning is for when you need a partner from the beginning–someone to help you develop the vision, research and book vendors, manage the budget, and guide every decision from concept through close-out. Partial or full planning is available depending on where you are in the process.
-
Event planning at reverie& is a great fit for intimate gatherings, social celebrations, baby showers, brand activations, and productions of any scale. If you're starting with a daydream and need help making it real, this service is exactly what you need.
-
Yes. Every event planning package includes full day-of coordination. You won't need to hire a separate coordinator–I'm with you from the first planning conversation through the last moment of the night.
Branding & Signage
-
This service is for couples and brands who care just as much about how the event looks as how it runs. I design custom signage tailored to your event aesthetic–welcome signs, seating charts, menus, table numbers, and more–and deliver print-ready files along with editable Canva templates that are yours to keep and reuse long after the event is over. Every piece is designed to stop guests in their tracks and make your photos worth saving.
-
Absolutely. Many clients add signage design to their day-of coordination or event planning package to keep the creative direction cohesive from start to finish. Reach out and we'll put together a combined quote.
