Origin Story
It started with a daydream… and the daydream started from a memory.
A memory of all the moments my husband and I built together: destinations we escaped to, coffee shops we frequented, and the places we chowed down in that somehow felt like our own little world. When it came time to plan our wedding, once I could name the feelings from those moments, everything else became a question of how to honor them and bring them to life. The fabric swatches, the late-night Pinterest searches, the signage that took an embarrassing number of hours–every detail was my way of translating our story.
With over a decade of professional experience in social media and content creation, I've always believed that when details are stitched together with intention, they can tell a much bigger story. Some people in my circle thought I was overthinking the little things guests might not even notice (they weren't wrong!). But the result was something we, and our guests, get to treasure forever.
Reverie& was born from the belief that you absolutely can bring your dream to life, and that nothing in your celebration is "too over the top." The details matter because they build the moments you'll replay in your mind long after the night is over. And when your moment finally arrives, I'll be there every step of the way so the only thing you have to do is slow down and take it all in.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Melani!
I'm a Bay Area–based day-of coordinator and event planner with a background in social media, content creation, and brand partnerships — and a completely unashamed obsession with the details.
Before reverie&, I spent over a decade helping brands tell their stories through intentional visuals and carefully crafted content. That experience taught me something I bring to every event I coordinate: when every detail is chosen with purpose, the whole thing feels like something worth remembering.
I'm the coordinator who will think of the things you haven't thought of yet. The one who stays calm when the timeline shifts, who already has a backup plan before you know you need one, and who genuinely loves the problem-solving as much as the planning. My clients often tell me they felt the stress lift off their shoulders the moment we started working together — and that's exactly the feeling I'm always building toward.
When I'm not coordinating events, you'll find me exploring new restaurants with my husband, going down a content rabbit hole, or hunting for the next great detail that will make someone stop and look twice.
I can't wait to hear about yours! Let’s connect.
